Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, typically within 30 days of initial purchase.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
Our IP: DocCentral.AI retains all rights to the platform, software, trademarks, and proprietary technology. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents and data.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of documents and data you upload to our platform.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform during your subscription period.
DocCentral.AI's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Important: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or non-payment.
Effect: Upon termination, your access will cease and we may delete your data according to our data retention policy.
Survival: Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
Arbitration: For disputes under $10,000, binding arbitration may be required as an alternative to court proceedings.
